Summary:

The Tsunami Trail is the initial component of a longer proposed four-mile route around town. This trail gains approximately 300 feet in elevation (from sea level) to a series of fen or wet meadows. The trail also provides the only emergency evacuation route for the school and residents in the southern portion of town in the event of a tsunami warning.

Starting Point:

Access is from the southern end of Pelican, just past the end of the boardwalk and school, 0.25 miles south of the ferry terminal.
